Dear Timothy, We appreciate your feedback. We regret that our service did not meet your expectations. Please note that it is written in our terms and conditions that the process of collecting compensation takes an average of at least 3 months. We received your application on 07.08.2022 and sent it to the airline on 09.08.2022. As a result of our work, we have received payment from the airline on 20.10.2022. According to our terms and conditions, the payment should be transferred to the client's account within 30 days of receiving the payment and adding the client's bank details. So we paid the compensation on 20.11.2022, which is in full compliance with our terms and conditions. Could you clarify what you mean by "It took too long! This will help us become better. Thank you for understanding!

“Bună ziua. Cred ca suma de 250e drept compensare este destul de mică. 250e - 75e serviciile companiei = 175e pentru o noapte petrecută in aeroport rece.”

Bună ziua! Apreciem feedback-ul dumneavoastră. Valoarea compensației este stabilită prin Regulamentul CE 261/2004 și depinde de distanța dintre aeroportul de plecare și cel de sosire. Dacă aveți costuri suplimentare din cauza întreruperii zborului, puteți încărca facturile, iar noi vom solicita companiei aeriene să vă ramburseze și aceste costuri. Vă mulțumim pentru înțelegere!
