“Claiming compensation from airlines is never easy. I travel a lot and have experienced flight delays many a time. Recently I had the worst experience of my life when the TUI Germany flight got delayed for 7 hours. I missed another connecting flight in Stuttgart. “My wife was expecting me at the time of her delivery in Hannover. However, because of the TUI Germany flight delay, I could not reach in time. I looped in air advisor to help me get compensation. Though the wait time was 9 weeks, I got the money.”

“I had to attend my daughter’s graduation day in Frankfurt last month. But I missed it, unfortunately because of the TUI flight delay. I contact air advisor to help me get compensation. I am happy they were able to get a fair amount. I had to follow-up a few times with the representative though.”
