My Wizz Air flight got canceled last minute and I could not attend my daughter’s birthday. It was disappointing. On top of it, the airlines did not respond to the compensation claim for many weeks. Thankfully, AirAdvisor took charge of the case and helped me get fair compensation.

I had booked tickets to fly from Austria to Abu Dhabi with Wizz Air. Unfortunately, the flight got delayed by 7 hours and I missed attending a conference. I am unaware of the compensation claiming process, so left request with airadvisor. I am glad they did a good job. I got my compensation within 8 weeks.

Wizz Air has the most unprofessional customer service. I have been following up on my compensation for a long time. I should have contacted air advisor earlier to save the time I wasted in doing the wrong process. I received my compensation this week. Thanks to Alina.
