BENEFITSWhen processing our wet milled coconut oil, the first step is to grate the fresh coconut meat and then using a hand press to extract the coconut milk. The milk is then left for a few days where the oil naturally separates from the water. Our cooperative will pick only fresh coconuts from their plantations to make our authentic coconut oil.
