“Extemely disappointed in both the product and customer service. The claim that this chair can fit someone 4'9 is false, I am 4'10 and my feet can't fully reach the ground (toes only). Additionally, the top portion of the chair came damaged with a dirt stain and a rip in the fabric. I've been emailing for the past week to request a refund and confirm a return, but have only gotten one response telling me how to submit a warranty claim and ignoringmy actual request. In the time I have spent trying to get a refund, I have already purchased, received, assembled, and begun using a different chair that was true to its claimed proportions. I am going to continue emailing since I have asked multiple times within the specified return period. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this company to anyone given poor service and product.”

“Arrived with securely packed box. It has all the tools for assembly including gloves! It took about 15-20 minutes to assemble for me. I am a women with no knowlege about assembling, but it was easy to do it. The instruction was not actually easy to understand so I ended up searching it on YouTube. The seat and materials are definitely a high quality. Thank you!”

“This is the first chair, whether of the office or gaming variety, that works with my small build and short stature. I never imagined that I could find a comfortable gaming chair that was made for people as short as I am. It was easy to put together, feels high-quality, and most importantly, it’s actually comfortable for me and I don’t feel like I’m sitting in a chair made for giants. The lumbar support pillow is maybe just a bit too firm, but given a few days time and finding the right position, it is beginning to work for me. The angle of the edge of the seat is also perfect; I think it drops off at the edge just a hair, which makes it much more comfortable on the backs of my thighs (it’s not digging into the back of my legs/cutting off blood flow the way most chairs do).”

“I love my chair! It is very comfortable, versatile, and professional too. I love that it has the looks of a gaming chair but also has a more mature office look at well. I love the way the arm rests are made with mobility as well as the material used for them. It’s softer and not an annoying plastic. This is by far my favorite thing in my office space.”

“Really like the chair! My dad has an AKRacing chair and it is extremely comfortable. He said it has helped a lot with his back pain. I ordered this one even though I was on the edge of XS/S at 5’3” (per the guidelines on the site, not the product description; they say different things) because it was on sale. I think it fits me nicely, but would be curious to sit in a S to compare. After one week of use I can say its a drastic difference compared to my old office chair! Very comfortable, fewer knots in my back/shoulders, and actually helps me be more productive because it doesn’t interfere with my attention span lol. (I’m not thinking about the chair, I’m thinking about work!) Highly recommend for long periods of sitting and the aesthetic design is very sleek! As stated in other reviews, though, the lumbar pillow is too big for me and it would be better for posture reasons if the armrests could move closer to the body; they are too far apart to be useful.”
