“Placed an order over a month ago on June 15 and still have not received the chair. Received a shipping notification on July 2 but the shipping status is showing as of July 17 that FedEx still have not received the package yet. I sent a support ticket on July 12 asking if they had actually shipped the package or if it had gotten lost in transit but have not heard anything back yet. Since I haven't heard back from my support ticket, and I was sent a link to review I'll use this to try to get someone's attention. Where is my order? I'll update review if/when the chair ever arrives.”

“I've always bought a $100 chair at an office store. They eventually peel the cheap leather. Thought I would try a gamer chair this time even though more expensive. At 5'1" most chairs are too big for me so this Napa one is perfect. Build quality is so much better than a chair you would buy at an office store. This has a sturdy wheel base, real quality bolts, seat material feels great, etc. It is a little stiff right now but it has only been 2 days. But all chairs are like that. I suspect in a week or two it will be real comfortable. My only 1 complaint is the instructions are a little hard to follow because the diagrams are a little vague. For example if there are 4 bolts in a step, point to all 4, not just the one so there is no doubt. Overall, I think it was worth spending the extra money on a premium chair.”

“It was hard to put together the QR code didn’t take me to more detailed instructions. The booklet doesn’t provide the pieces needed on each step. I have some parts I didn’t use because I couldn’t figure out which step they were needed for. I broke piece as I didn’t know you needed the screws labeled M. The straps are too loose for the head rest and backrest but I used double sided tape to fix it. I also wish it went about an inch lower so I didn’t need a foot rest. I’m 5 ft for reference.”

“Finally a chair for small adults! (I'm 1m57 tall). I tried other brands and this one is the very first one to fit perfectly. Very comfy, armrests accurately adjustable and the cushions fit exactly where they should, contrary to most of standard chairs. Also appreciated the pair of gloves included in the parcel. The chair was very easy to assemble. You can definitely feel the quality.”

“I've owned this chair for about a month now and am loving it so far. I am 5'3" and this chair fits me just right. Typical one-size-fits-all chairs do not support my head and lower half correctly, but this California chair cradles them just right. The seat raises high enough so I can type comfortably. Very happy I went with this slightly more expensive option over a standard "ergonomic" office chair.”

“This chair is so unique that I've looked on so many platforms to find a share that will fit my body size and my small tiny room size. The chair is very comfortable and easy to put together. The color is very vibrant and the reclining goes all the way down to basically a sleeping position. Unlike some chairs this chair doesn't have a rocking mechanism. So if you want to sit and rock back and forth then do not get this. Otherwise if you want a stable comfortable small and beautiful experience definitely get this chair.”
