“I ordered the chair on 11/25, and i didn’t receive it till 12/9/20. When I was putting the chair together, i notice a piece of plastic that came off the chair. I have reached out to support, still working with them on getting a replacement part for that plastic piece.”

“Being 5'2, this chair lives up to its claims of being built for smaller frames. I love the color & how well-built it feels. Assembly wasn't difficult, & I really appreciated the gloves included! I will say that the lumbar support pillow could be smaller as it's difficult to comfortably sit all the way back in the chair with it, but other than that, I love this chair.”

“This is a great and sturdy chair. I wish there had been more muted colors to pick from, I am not a big fan of the 3 wild colors they have for this chair -but I went with the purple and it is not overly bright -I love the soft leather. I am very short, under 5' and it was difficult to find a gaming chair that would work for my height, this chair is the perfect size and if you have a child gamer or you are a shorter person, I would say this is well worth the purchase. I have been using this chair for about a month with 10+ work day hours and gaming afterwards, it is a very sturdy comfortable chair and I would recommend it highly.”
