“Love my new chair, it’s definitely made for smaller people like me and that makes me feel special. I do think the seating area is a bit too big, but I’ll figure that out. The quality is good and it looks beautiful and sturdy. Can’t wait to treat my back and neck now every day with this chair!”

“The good: Extremely well made Perfect cushion density The bad: Not one thing other than the picture tells you that the Ojai color of this chair is a different chair than the other colors. It does not have the bucket seat and I believe it has different specifications. I’m a short woman and I researched for a long time to choose a chair that would work best for me. Sadly where the specification say 17.7 seat depth is untrue for the Ojai at least. I measure it as 19. The back of the seat is also taller. I’m very sad that I didn’t realize the Ojai is a different chair. I highly suggest Akracing to update their website to have the Ojai in a different listing than the California because it’s confusing and misleading if the specifications are not the same. I’m too afraid to have to pay for shipping to return it so I have to buy a different back support so I fit better, but oh well. Bottom line: this is a review for the OJAI and not the California because it is a different chair. If you need a slightly larger than the California chair then this is an awesome chair. If you’re buying based of the specification, pick a different color.”

“The California chair is well made but misrepresented as a petite person’s chair. If petite meant average build and above average height, then the chair will likely meet your needs. If petite means small frame including height, you will be misled into buying this chair and disappointed with the purchase.”
