“Unable to comment on this chair, as I haven't received it yet. This review is for the customer service. Phone just rings forever and they haven't replied to any of my emails requesting an order status update. Placed order on 9/6. Received tracking number on 9/11 and status has showed as "Label Created" ever since.”

“Sehr stabil ! Sehr gute Preis/Leistung ! Bin 1,90m groß und 115KG schwer, hab überlegt ob ich mir die wide edition hole oder nicht.. Der Stuhl stellt mich auf jeden Fall nach einem Monat zufrieden !”

“I just got my chair today, it was very easy to setup, and everything was 100 % out of the box. My issue is just the size of this chair. i'm at 5'11 295, with some muscle . The back part of the chair does handle my size but it you are taller you might run into issue. For the bottom of the chair it could be wider or remove of the side wings, If you have larger hips it will dig into that area so you might need a cushion to raise yourself up. As for the arm rests it feels like easy glide rubber over plastic but it will not bother your skip.”
