“The chair never arrived. UPS took responsibility for it but AK Racing customer service is practically non-existent. 4 support tickets opened, several emails to Jeff from support and could not even started to resolve the issue. Luckily I purchased via Paypal and they refunded the total after two months of back and fort. If want to buy an AK racing chair, do it via Amazon or a third party that has good customer service, because AK Racing's is like talking to the void. Totally not recommend based on my buying experience. [Chair bought on January, got the refund in March 2023]”
