“This was the second chair I've gotten from this company. I loved my first and everything about it and it lasted me about 3 years. The only reason this chair is getting 4 out of 5 stars is because of the way this is labeled. EX-Wide only meant the back of the chair is wide, not the seat. I'm a big guy and the last chair I had was wider than this. I did fail to look at the specs correctly so it's my fault. Next time, I'm going to spend the extra money and get the Pro Series.”

“One of the pieces showed up with minor cosmetic damage but the chair overall is fine. Shipping times were much longer than anticipated (~1 month) and the customer support communication is minimal at best. That said, the chair seems solid for a gaming chair, but it's nothing special.”
