“My review is for the entire process. I received shipping notification the same day I placed my order, however it was only for the shipping label being printed, and so the delivery estimate was off by 5 days. It took about 9 days total from the time I placed my order to the time it was delivered. Once unboxed there is off-gassing, but to me it's not terrible. The assembly directions are abysmal; don't waste your time and just watch a video on YouTube. Trying to get the wheels in the frame was the biggest headache for me. Some of the drill holes are slightly misaligned, so when lining things up put in every necessary screw before tightening. The reclining mechanism is a bit jank. The wheels are loud, though I probably don't have them in totally correctly because as I said they were a nightmare to try to insert. The chairs good looking- it's new. Hopefully it holds up decent.”
