“I've assembled this 2017 model just myself today, and sit on now to write short review. The chair is very well designed and really reducing low back pain. Also, this amazing chair let both soles on floor, this is first time in US because I'm petite woman 155cm/5'1'' and I'm going to recommend everyone short and small to reduce thigh and knee pain on AK Racing chair! The only problem was the instruction in the box. Step 1 and 2 were correct, but the picture on step 3 is showing back support was already attached to the seat, after I've googled many website for better instruction. Today was my first time to assemble this kind of chair, and I've had to disassembled step 3 and 4 after finding the instruction was not accurate. Correct order was worked on step 5 attach back support on chair right after step 2 then attach height adjuster on step 3 followed by attach casters on step 4. After that time consuming disassemble and assemble, step 6 and finish assembly was very easy. I'm sure your latest chair has better assembly instructions and looking forward to buy another chair in the future. Thank you again! Kazuko”

“I love my new chair I am actually we're using it for work and I put it together in 30 minutes or less very easy very comfortable love the colors love the leather and price was awesome!!”
