“I found out about this chair from my cousin that owns the Masters Series Max chair. I got to sit in his for about 5 hours straight and I had absolutely zero complaints. After I finally set up my Masters Series Premium Gaming Chair, I spent a good 8 hours gaming in it. This is one of the best purchases I've made in a very long time. Definitely worth the money and it helps save me from back pain. My only complaint was that one of the bolts couldn't thread properly due to the material getting stuck in it, but it was nothing a drill couldn't handle. All in all I gave this chair a 1000 out of 5.”

“Overall the chair is of high quality, especially the materals. The only cons i have agienst the chair are: the seat being a little narrow that the side fins did into my legs, (wish there was 1 to 2 in. more space in the seat part) as not every one sites stright. I am one of those peaple that leans to one side or tucks a foot under them selfes as they sit. This seat prevents all that. The lumbar pillow keeps falling off from the straps slideing off. Ibfeel the seat should have the same seat belt slots as the black chairs forbthis kind of support. As a workaround i had to fead the straps through the chair pillow. Down side if you adj the lumbar pillow the neck pillow pops off. Cushioning seem to be way less towards the back of the seat then the front, and not as stiff, seems more smoshy. For the price it is a very good chair. But me being tall 6'2" i might of gotten the one ifbthe cairs without the seat fins and a litte wider if they were also on sale at the price point i got this one.”

“This chair is gorgeous and very well built. I don't know if this is true for everyone who has an Arctica but mine is constantly squeaking and making sounds due to the design of the backrest of the chair. It's very annoying. I would send it back but the hassle of disassembling, repacking, and paying for shipping just isn't worth it for me. The chair, though not very comfortable for me, functions as advertised. For reference, I am 5'9" and 200lbs. On a positive note, AKRacing customer service is very responsive and very nice.”

“These chairs are AWESOME. They look awesome, feel great, have a TON of features - and the price was OUT OF THIS WORLD! AK Racing is a top notch company with excellent customer service (they took care of one small problem caused by the shipper--but without question sent replacements). The kids couldn't be more excited to have legit, real-deal gaming chairs, and I couldn't be more happy with the price/performance - these are absolutely sturdy, high-quality. I was tempted by the "el-cheapos" on Amazon, but everyone says they are pressboard wood and fall apart with thin, subpar cushioning. All I can say is the reviews and unboxing videos I watched about AK Racing chairs before I purchased - they were true - AK Racing gaming chairs DELIVER - you won't regret the decision!”

“It wasn’t the black, white and red chair I order, not even same model. The legs are all scratched like if it was an used chair and the black metal frame with the hydraulic bottle doesn’t even fit the bolts in the chair.”

“I received this chair in 2 days. After I put it together, I sat in it, reclined it back just slightly, laid back in the chair with my head on the pillow, closed my eyes and literally started to fall asleep. This is the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in. You guys make a great product.”
