“Seems like it's a completely useless product, they only do anything once Akracing actually ships your chair and after a month of waiting the chair still hasn't shipped so this was a complete waste of money.”

“There was no option to decline the protection. What exactly is route protection? To make sure you get it? I know it took a long time and the delivery was late which is common when you use Fed Ex.”

“The app is a little behind what the tracking actually was. Said it would be delivered a day before it actually came but that's okay. Better safe than sorry it's only like 5 or 6 bucks”
