All That Is Made Reviews

You guys, here's the thing. I've struggled with the acceptance of having a creative mind for as long as I can remember because I felt like I was so alone with it all. Thankfully with plenty of faith and lots of prayers, I've grown to really own my level of creativity. I'm beyond grateful to be apart of the Alabaster Influencer Program giving me the early access to this book...holy smokes. Thankfully with plenty of faith and lots of prayers, I've grown to really own my level of creativity. "All That Is Made" is such a deep way of creative thinking and really helps show how a creative can live through the Lord. I can't get over the imagery, either. It perfectly compliments the wording on each page, without distracting you..if that makes sense? Wow, I just really love this. It can seem so tough to be a "creative" in today's world without falling into the social norms but this little book, so simple, yet so powerful, can really help remind you of ways to keep it real while staying close to God. If not creating a strong bond. It's so, so easy to get distracted and caught up in the negativity of society, but this gives a glimpse of light I swear. Highly, highly recommend.

*please note I was gifted product in exchange for this review I've been working with Alabaster Co since they first launched, and I have to say that I genuinely loved their first venture into original content. The book is beautifully crafted and a welcome addition to their current offerings.

As a creative that has recognized creating just felt right & natural to me from being a child, this struck me to the core. I’ve never felt so understood, so valued & appreciated in the aspect of my creating. As I started a new creative business endeavor this year - often times I fear not being good enough, will my work be praised, & if there’s a point of my work being worthwhile. The truth of God as a creator who created us to create heaven on earth with our own hands, cuts out all insecurities for us creatives. Knowing that our pleasure in creating something beautiful or useful isn’t sinful, but God enjoys bringing us joy through that, rocked my world. This is so so so so good & anyone & everyone needs to read this. It brings clarity to the darkness we may feel as creatives not measuring up to what we think we need to be creating, & points us to who gave us the gift to create. It’s too good not to read. You have to!
