If the Alabaster Co. Influencer Program had not gifted this book to me, I may never have read it. I am so thankful that they did, as this book is full of so much truth and wisdom, and really made me consider how my art and faith are deeply intertwined. I highly recommend this book to anyone who considers themselves a creative or artist. While every chapter gave me something to think about, the chapter on vulnerability and perfection in art really resonated with me. The chapter looks at the bravery, humility, and vulnerability in creating, and reminded me of so many truths of how and why I should create. Overall, the book renewed my desire to create art for more than just a living, but because it brings the Kingdom of God a little bit closer to earth. I am very excited to re-read this in depth, and will be recommending this book to many of my fellow creatives!

All That is Made brings us a conversation about the role of the Christian artist. There are so many things said in this book that resonate with me personally as an artist. One passage in the book states, "Creatives rearrange the materials of the Earth to tell old stories in fresh ways. In Christianity, it is our creative people that keep a finger on the pulse of the Spirit." I love this perspective. There are many types of creative people who use their creativity in different ways. This book speaks to all of them. It is so encouraging for me to have a book like this to remind of why I do what I do as a musician. Of course, the thing that got me loving Alabaster Co. in the first place is their book layout. It is lined with beautiful pictures to inspire as you read. Love it and I am so thankful for it!

I am so thankful to experience this beautiful book over the past few days. I love the iteration throughout that our creative works are to send into the world God's love: made visible by us... The first section has prayers at the end of each chapter to be read aloud. I had real goosebumps on my legs with each prayer, which in my experience is the presence of the Holy Spirit. Pure joy. I am a creative in many ways, but as a vocation I am an interior decorator. How lovely to be reminded that our creations are to bless others. That collaborations are a spiritual practice. For a Christian woman, I am touched by the concepts I am reading and the beautiful images on each page to take us deeper into the thoughts and prayers in this book. I was greatly impacted by chapter 9 in the first section which says to give it all away. "Every last trade secret, every lesson learned, every skill set acquired...". I Love love this!!! How important to be reminded that none of it is ours in the first place. Everything we have is and always has been a gift from God. Give it away. I want to start today! It reminds us to be a blessing to others. Others. Not ourselves! I was given this book to read by the Alabaster Influencer Program. I would have given it this review no matter. 5 stars are well deserved. The hearts of the authors shine through the pages so purely; we feel their deep love of the Lord and their great passion for their works. Shine on!! Such a gift to us all!

I am a fan of minimalism, peace, and serenity. It relaxes, rests my mind from the noisy world. When I saw the design and photography of a book, 'All That Is made' by Alabaster Co., I was astonished! Creativeness was my forte. I guess. I helped companies to think and execute something creative to make their brand extraordinary. The fast two years, it seems that I lost it because of the trials that struck me. So, I prayed to God to give it back again in my system. This book opens my eyes again to remember my forgotten gift. Here are the seven things that I love about the book. 1. When you open it, it gives me peace, and my mind starts to wonder about the beauty of each illustration. 2. Each topic has a prayer that you can cry out to God. 3. There is a bible verse in each section as a reference of a reader. Integrating God's words in every topic makes the reader realized the connection between art and God's word are inseparable. 4. You have to lost first so that you can see the best version of your creativity. You are willing to get lost, to explore and not to be afraid of what will be the result of your masterpiece. As a parent, this book taught me that I should not limit the creativity of my kids. I should allow them to discover their gifts using their imagination, exploration, and faith in Jesus without disturbance of digital device. I will let them fail until they would realize how to perfect it. "The creative process is fueled by 1,000 failures". This quote from the book gives me a 'a light bulb moment'! - (part two of the book number 5) 5. The phrase that moves me and almost made me cry was from the part two number 6. " When you get there, remember that you were carried by the Spirit." It reminded me that my creativeness empowered by the Holy Spirit. I can do nothing apart from the Him because everything belongs to the Spirit. 6. I love the 'Silence' part ( part one number 2). Yes, this is very true. The world is noisy. Sometimes, you need to put your self in a silent mode, boredom mode, and withdraw from the digital world to unleash your creativity and having these are the prerequisites. 7. Lastly, the epilogue. The death of Jesus, the cross and the resurrection are the most important things to embrace, to liberate us and become a true artist for Christ. The book moved me, refreshed my perspective, and gently touched my soul so that I can honor my Maker with my masterpiece! For improvement, make the font a little bit larger. Overall, this book, created by the artists empowered by the Holy Spirit and guided by the wisdom of God. Truly a masterpiece!

I just want to start out by saying that every creative is invited into this book. No matter if it is your job or way of life, this book can and will speak to you. Just amazing!!! I have had some of Alabaster Co. products before and used them in my everyday life but this one knocks it out of the park. The Creativity in the life of Jesus section was by far my favorite. I love worshiping Him through my creativity whether that be bible journaling or painting what I think he is telling me. I think He loves the creative side of us. It just so happens that he is the Creator of the universe. This book is just a stepping stone in helping you on the path to spiritual creativity. I highly encourage you to dive into it with open arms and receive what it is saying. God will speak!!! I was generously gifted this book through the Alabaster influence program however, it is 100% my honest opinion and a product I stand by.
