The book of Isaiah is a collection of prophecies, but the common theme is the message of salvation. The book constantly reminds me that God is the sovereign King and He has a plan for everything. We live in a sinful world and only The One Savior will bring peace and salvation . The book emphasizes that we can only find comfort knowing God’s love is eternal flame : “ Because you are precious in my eyes,
and honored, and I love you” ( Isaiah 43:4). Personally I am encouraged by these words. As a wife and mom I can easily see my flaws and think I am not good enough, I’m not invested enough. But God sees me , he treasures me in the darkest moments and loves me beyond my understanding.”
