“My overall experience has been the worst imaginable. I ordered my books in November and was charged, I received an email November 30 stating they had been shipped. It is now Dec 21 and Fed Ex tracking says only a lane has need created, but they have not been given the package.
I have sent two emails enquiring about my books and have not even had the courtesy of a reply!
This was the only Christmas gift I had for the recipient.
There is no telephone number to be found anywhere to obtain help or answers.
I would definitely NOT recommend purchasing from them !!”
