This chain-driven sliding gate opener is designed with a 120V AC (3/4 HP equivalent) motor. It provides exceptional starting torque and continuous operation, and can be used for most applications. It opens gates weighing up to 1,700 lbs or 59 ft. in length (a 20 ft. chain is included; if your gates are more than 20 ft in length then you can purchase an extra chain). Additional accessories are included: (1) Photocell Sensor; (1) Wired Push Button; (1) Metal Box for Keypad; (1) Wireless Keypad with Backlight

“This thing is powerful! It runs my heavy 18' wooden gate like a champ. The limit switch went out in less than a month. Talked to costermer service and they said they would send a replacement. 45 days and have not seen it.Also it cannot be programmed to your car remote, it is couple of hz off the programmable limits. Really a bummer.”
