Perfect stuff for my gates
Helpful Report
I had this gate opener for over 4 yrs with 2 families living on my property it's seen a lot of use. Reliable setup but you can find basically the same opener under a different name for $120 less if you shop around. Base rust so you might want to paint it or keep an eye on it. Also, if your gate doesn't role straight and smooth you will have problems.

I've been pushing a 30 ft gate open (slightly uphill) for five years, always dreaming that one day I'd install an opener like this. After only two weeks, it's hard to remember that it was ever any different than pushing a remote, having the gate close automatically after a minute, and without any effort or thought of the gate being left open or not, my dog can no longer sneak next door to scarf up cat food (and get raunchy gas).As mentioned elsewhere, the instructions are vague, and the biggest hurtle to that is the positioning of the magnets. I found a Youtube that explained when open, that magnet should sit horizontally on the lower end of sensor--note that sensor is approx the size of both magnets stacked. And then when closed, that magnet lands on upper end of sensor.Still haven't figured out adjusting chain length though. I used a grinder and punch to get the correct length, but cannot get the (provided) link lock to secure as it's supposed to.What had stopped me from do

This thing has been working for already over a year and it wasn't that hard to put together. It looks great and it's was very easy to put together. I was amazed how fast I received it from Amazon. I highly recommend if you want a gate that slides the price is not that bad and it's been working very well.

I bought this gate opener back in 2015 and it's still working without any problems. Without having any experience in installing gate openers I was able to install everything, it will take time and patience. I also bought two extra remote controls and activated them which was pretty easy. Opener is a bit slow but all that matters to me is that I don't get to get off the car. Remote gets a good range, I'm opening the gate before I reach my driveway by the time I get to the driveway it's open. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good opener.

This was a replacement for another one from years ago. Based on my experience this model holds up well and is fairly easy to install if you're somewhat mechanically inclined. All the parts were there and all were of good quality. After following the instructions things were a breeze. Good price for the money
