“Great Product- Expect to call for help on installation. Friendly service people but may be limited in knowledge of your product. They will work with you. Curved roller not shown in instructions should be attached near middle of mounting bar. Flat side toward wall. Motor drive gear at end of green tube fits in the fabric tube slots-- You may need to remove it, then lightly use a hammer to insert it the proper slots ( this will trim the plastic gear to size). Use needle nose pliers to remove the gear from tube. Reattach to motor drive with clip. Now you should be able to insert motor properly aligned into tube. Thinner Fabric liner cord is used with the awning fabric end that attaches to the fabric tube. Remote- P2 button in battery compartment. Start program sequence within 4 sec of power supplied to motor. You cannot hear any beeps. P2 2 times then up (extend) button twice.”
