The fabric offers up to 184 square feet of coverage and is made from 100% polyester to best protect you from the elements and keep the inside of your home cool on hot days. Included is an electric motor that easily opens or closes the awning within a minute. For economical purposes or in the case of no electricity, a simple hand crank is provided for manual retraction of the awning. Assembly is required. One-Year Warranty included.

“We ordered a 20x10 awning but received the wrong canopy cover size (12x10), and the purchase is now outside the return window. I am hoping there is some way to reconcile this by either returning the product or obtaining the correct canopy cover size but we have not been able to sort this out yet.”

“Package arrived in two deliveries. The awning metal frame and then the awning fabric. The front bar was damaged in shipping. Trying to get replacement parts has been like pulling teeth. Started by calling and was told “no problem, just email us what you need”. Emailing with Rickisha and Brandi, and I can’t get them to understand what I need. Have sent pictures and they said they don’t see a difference in the photos. I then sent a video of the whole assembly and pointed out the issues. Haven’t heard back. Really considering sending it back. Still haven’t received a response on if I can use lag bolts instead of expansion bolts into the studs of my wall. I don’t want to void warranty of anything. Overall disappointed.”

“We had a difficult time sliding the bar onto the supports and getting the bolt to fit. I had to drill out one of them to get the bolt through. I had five helpers to put up the awning, and it was just enough. The awning is as advertised, nice material and the motor works great. I use it during the day for window shade, halfway out, and all the way out for company on my deck.”

“Difficult to put up with directions. It didn't have you add washers in places that it should have. Video isn't much help as it fast forwards through most of it. Once we figured out how to put it up, we were so happy. Need to slow down the video and walk people through it in layman terms. Love the fabric. One arm bar link was broke. I'll contact Aleko for replacement.”

“Inexpensive Awning compared to competitors; as far as reviews about "bad instructions, etc", well if you can't figure out the directions, hire a pro it's not rocket science. Parts were missing from box, but customer service will send them to you, disappointing but not the end of the world. Overall good product - you get what you pay for. Also, make sure you have (2) Support Brackets to account for the weight on the roller...it only comes with (1) so order an extra for $45.”
