“Hi. I live in Canada and ordered a motor which had to clear customs and the border. I was very pleased with the delivery, got it in 3 days. Have not installed it yet but tried it on the bench and it worked great . The price is a quarter as much as a Somfly motor . This is a great purchase. Carl”

“I still have not received the motor. I paid for it! I contact customer service by email. It took about 24 hours to get a response. They asked for pictures of what I received. I Sent those back to them within a couple of hours which was by noon on Friday. It’s now Monday I am waiting for their response. So I have installed the awning in the manual mode which means I will have to take it down and pull it apart when I do get the motor. Pain the back side!”

“After install it worked fine. Got no installation instruction with the package. Had to request one. Had to cut the two screws from the manual gear drive to use it for the motor. Otherwise no issues.”

“Just needed gears. Customer service awfull I can't tell you how bad. Never got back with me. I had to order the same motor I already had just get the gears. It came with spare set of gears l had already. I explained the awning i had the motor I had about eight times Just NEEDED GEARS!”
