“I have bought an aleko gate before via Lowes and loved that product. I have bought this through Aleko and it was a terrible experience. I ordered it, could not get an update on location despite being shipped. Then when they delivered it, they called the wrong phone number and finally they did not deliver to my house cause the third party they use does not have flat beds or any other type of trucks. It is now sitting somewhere 15 miles from its intended location while i wait for someone to help. I was contemplating buying other things this year through Aleko but now i am second guessing it all.”
