“I purchased this and the Lucky Dog Kennel Roof Kit to compare side-by-side and the Aleko frame was far superior in quality. The male-female joint is longer helping resist flexing in high wind and the diameter of the steel tubing in thicker. I very much appreciated the standard chain link clamps to attach to my kennel, making this frame universal for any standard chain link panel. The Lucky Dog kennel attachments are truly unique to the Lucky Dog kennel only. My only complaint is that I have an 8" gap left when one side of the kennel is flush with the arch on the opposite side, even with adjusting the kennel corners to make it less of a perfect square. If the horizontal male-female joints are pulled out some to fill the gap, you definitely lose stability in the frame. If I shift the panels inward to meet the arched sides of the frame, the male-female joint pulls out enough on the clamps that it becomes less secure to the kennel attachment itself. So there's a measurement issue somewhere. I also really wish Alexo would provide a fitted tarp like other kits do. Finding an aftermarket fitted tarp alone is expensive and hard to find. I ended up having to use a standard rectangular tarp, which leaves the triangular opening at each end. I am using the kennel as an overnight pen for ducks, and the triangular opening still allows for predators to come in and must been solved by some other method.”

“We received the kit. The 4 post connector was angle on all 4 post instead of 2 post straight and 2 post angle. We bent the 2 post straight and it worked great. Main issue is that it was suppose to be 10 x 10 but was only 8 x 10. it still worked great we just used a larger tarp to cover it.”
