“lot s of issues ,where to begin ? 1 fabric is only 11 1/2 not 12 ,2 the tubing is too fat & not nylon like the original it would fit in the roller 3 the 3rd rubber tubing was too thin. 4 the hem stitching not complete on the center which caused it to bind 5 loose threads all over the fabric. fortunately i saved one of the original nylon tubes for the roller on top and the black one for the valance . I guess you get what you pay for !”

“Ordered the green stripped retractable awning fabric received the yellow stripped fabric instead Sent an email to the company with no response after about a week and a half I called the company customer service and spoke to a woman who told me they never got my email , I told her we received the wrong color and also told her we were going to keep the yellow stripped one and had already installed it, she never apologized for the mix up and would refund us ten percent of the purchase price. Wow $6.30 back told her to keep it was not worth my time for the call. You think maybe offer to send the correct one or at least an apology. The replacement is fine and of nice quality so well keep the one we have but and are happy with it despite the wrong color. Dave M”
