“Says NOWHERE that the panels come unassembled. This didn't work in my scenario...and instead of sending me a shipping label...they forced me to pay for the return which amounted to half the purchase price. All this after selling me a dual panel gate with the cheapest build-quality motors that don't function properly...and instead of any kind of in-person tech support (no one locally wants to touch these units) they steer me to some YouTube videos so I can attempt to trouble shoot their NEW equipment myself. This is not how you run a business. Never again.”
