“One arm of my double swing gate stopped working. I ordered a new actuator. It arrived sooner than expected, and was easily installed. It is great to have a working gate again. The newer actuator is mostly black, whereas the old one was mostly aluminum, so it doesn’t match. I actually like the new color better, so I might replace the other one too.”

“The first actuator was not working properly. Called CS 3 times and each time I was told a different type of proof that t wasn’t working. Sent video, picture then was told I could purchase new actuator and send in old one. If proven inoperable that i would be reimbursed. Now i can’t get a reply. Lousy CUSTOMER SERVICE.”
