“So ALEKO wants me to review a product Ive not received. Ok So I ordered the gate opener on 6 March 2021. I had to contact them to find out when it was going to ship 3 to 6 weeks is the reply Given. Web page did not state it was out of stock and would ship on a slow boat from china. Still waiting. Ive been a Aleko customer for over 5 years.”

“I recently found that one of my swing arm gate openers would not open manually and dreaded calling the Aleko company thinking that it would be a hassle. After speaking to Aleah ....she walked me step by step on what the problem could be. We decided that the arm need to be replace even though it worked with remote but not manually. I ordered the new one and will be installing soon. I would like to add that both rubber/ plastic caps that cover the manual key holes on top of the arm broke the first week of using and the fell off exposing the inside, so i think that was the reason for rust and or corrosion. I mentioned it and hope that she put a couple of extra ones in so I can replace them . The customer care was better that I could have expected and she was extremely knowledgeable! “So far both new gate openers are operating well. I switched to metal encased openers because the plastic enclosed openers kept braking where attached to arm. To much tension for plastic I think.”

“Pleasantly surprised with these, they are sturdy little guys and they have a sliding cover to shield the buttons when not in use. They work just fine with my gate motor, not sure what the second button does, but no matter.”
