“They took my money and charged me $79.68 for overnight shipping waited a week and sent me a email telling me that I owed a additional $100 for shipping total rip off no one charges $180 for shipping and then when I called they said I could have 2 day shipping for the amount I had already paid of $79.68 so I accepted then still didn't receive the product. So, I called again and they rep told me I owed the additional $100 I said no I called last week and the rep I spoke with told me that they were mailing it out that day for me for 2 day shipping from the money I already paid. He put me on hold got back on and said they needed an extra $20 for shipping to add to my $79.68 before they could ship it. Total FRAUD and I am so unhappy with this company I wish I never brought my gate operator from ALEKO but this distributor is terrible does bad business and my gate is still broken.”

“Worked good and the order shipped super fast I received in a couple of days via free ground shipping, the original one lasted about 3 1/2 years then the gears failed so not too bad of service life.”

“The customer service rep was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed and advised on method of order. If the motor burns on one of the arms, be prepared to buy a whole new arm. Just the motors are not available. The motors are made in China and are fairly flimsy. I would say it has a lifespan of 2 years.”

“The one I had, the lockout never worked and was defective according to your technician. It did last almost 3 years before locking up. I was told I should have called when I got the gate opener, but it was working so I didnвЂ™t think it was necessary. New one working great, but didnвЂ™t receive the lockout key that the website stated I would receive.”
