“This remote works just fine with my garage door opener. Lots of comments about the buttons not working, but I think the problem is that the buttons are very small. This remote has 3 buttons, and I tried to program them all for my one garage door so it wouldn't matter which button I push, but that didn't work. I ended up programming the center button and it can be a little tricky to "find" it especially when wearing gloves. I'm going to reprogram it to use the end button - that should be easier to find.”

“Works great with my Overhead Legacy 800 garage door opener. Many of the reviews have complained about the range, but so far the range of the Genie G3T-R opener has been great. I've tried if from over 75 feet away from my garage and it has worked flawlessly. Also, the G3T-R is very easy to program - Just push the "LEARN" button on the Overhead Legacy 800 unit (Light flashes on the unit) then press the button on the remote that you want to program 2 times to complete the programming - Push the button a 3rd time to engage the door opener - That's it !!!”
