This receiver is universal and works with any gate or garage door system. Just connect it in parallel according to the diagram and the garage door opening system will work with your existing switch/remote control as well as with new remotes.

“This is much smaller than my old garage door remote, making it ideal to carry around in a pocket or clipped to a belt. It has the same range as the old one, or possibly better.I gave this one to my daughter to carry in her purse, so I will be ordering another.Update: I ordered two more so that I could retire the original remotes that came with the system. These are much more reliable., more compact, and use a readily available lithium battery.”

“This product works as advertised. There is one problem I experienced, the little red/blue buttons fall out. If you can find them, they can be replaced, but it's a hassle. The product still functions but you have to use a small device (key or small screwdriver) to push the small switch. I think the factory should make some modifications..”
