“Purchased the electronic lock for my double gates, due to the heavy wind we receive without the lock the gates would be forced open damaging the arm actuators electronic lock is actually not bad, but the installation process has to be very precise. Otherwise, it will continually open and close if it doesn’t hit the pin exactly that on, the issue with this becomes if you have any form of wind us can throw the whole system off I believe the problem is in the arm, actuators and how they are overly too flexible. I have too much movement even in the lock position if I could purchase new arm actuators that didn’t have play in them. I think this would solve a lot of the problem .”

“Our order arrived 5/1/2020. The control board was broken and the control board box was missing. (Electric lock LM149 12V) I opened a chat on the website that day, and was advised to email a picture of the broken product to sales@Alekoproducts.com. I emailed them on 5/1 and again on 5/9, and have yet to hear back from them.”

“haven't installed yet, but product looks good. Wish it was smaller as I will have to fabricate a mounting system, also since my gates push to open, I don't like having the lock on outside of gates. came with circuit board but I don't think I need since I have an Alecko opening system.”
