“are irreplacable.Once you install a standard size SIM card (AT&T only), the GSM light should start blinking to indicate you have a GSM signal. After this, you push both switch buttons on the side of the unit. The STS light will blink a few times, letting you know it is ready to program. Call the SIM card in the unit with your phone to associate it with your phone. Last, push the switch for the socket you want to trigger by calling with your cell phone.After you do all that, the socket will be triggered when you call the SIM card installed in the power strip.However, when you call, the socket that you programmed will only temporarily switch on for a second and then turn off. In order to make the socket turn on and stay on, you have to change the mode for the socket to "MODE1." You can do this by sending a text command according to the instructions in the chingrish manual.Also, do not change the password like it suggests in the manual. Mine stopped accepting txt commands when I did this.”
