“after my own initial mix up, company then couldn't find my payment, so long delay occurred. Then, when item arrived I was asked by shipping company if I had someone help to unload. Seriously, who sends a 500 lb+ plywood crate measuring 9' by9' with NO extra crew, no handtruck, and only ONE guy???? We had to call my daughter's boyfriend to help. What if he had been hurt? What if I couldn't find any help? Oh yeah, he also forgot to unload the poles and had to come back 4 hours later. But the gates are nice. Too bad I didn't know that none of the wiring came, but should've been ordered as extra stuff, but my installer figured it out.”

“Package arrived having previously been opened and missing one of the four bolts, and with no instructions included. The hardware seems strong & sturdy & I think it will do the job. The quality of the metal product is the reason I ordered it. I had to purchase replacement bolts, which of course are not black, so this will not look as nice. Perhaps I could paint them, but overall a lot of extra trouble.While I have not yet installed it, I suspect this latch will not be as easy to open from the other side of the gate as some--the release bar is fairly small and a bit hard to find by groping. No place to attach a cord. Will probably just take some getting used to (I hope). Wondering what winter freeze challenges will bring as I want to open the outside gate I'm putting it on.”

“We needed a new latch for our back gate. This looks pretty solid and will work perfectly. I like this style better than the standard small latch that was there prior for the reason it looks more durable and also for the color (black looks soo much nicer).
