“the board was part of the issue. Victor is truly a great asset to your company/ technical support. He worked with another team that was more hands on twice and followed back up with me. after changing the board we were still not able to resolve the issue with ultimately Victor arriving at advising me to purchase another "worm shaft"? instead I took it all apart as well as the 3 gears that run the chain and cleaned thoroughly and greased everything anew. upon re- installing everything the gate functioned. Give Victor a raise. his patience, knowledge, and consistent support, communication and help all exceed expectations and my decades of experience with technical support. Thanks, Carlos.”
