“The only issue was I paid for 2 day shipping. It was sent through regular shipping. ALEKO did refund my shipping price which was good. Normally it wouldn't have been a big deal, but I was going out of town and needed it fixed for the house/pet sitter. Other than that everything was fine.”

“I ordered this circuit board on the phone from an employee at Aleko after being struck by lightning.. I told them I had a GG 1300 series gate opener as that is what the manual said. They sent me this circuit board which did not work in my GG1300 gate opener. It had something to do with the fact mine was an Aleko product purchased through Home Depot which was actually a GG1300U. After, getting a return authorization to send it back, we got a phone call from a customer service rep giving us a credit for the return shipping and sending us all the repair parts we need to hopefully get the gate back up and working. Good customer service!”

“Does everything it says on the tin. I do wish that it could do a bit more though. Particuarlly being able to turn off the auto close functionality from a switch or app of some variety without having to open up the chasie and reconfigure the board at the hardware level. This would obviously increase cost and complexity, so I get why it's not there. But it would be nice.”
