“We bought this Pergola in July of 2018. We installed it around/over our in ground spa so we could use it when it was raining. It took some time for my husband and I to put together but it wasn't anything ridiculous. As others stated, the directions are a bit wanting but we got it done. It is now February of 2022 and it does need a coat of spray paint to freshen it up and the fabric has worn to the point of needing replaced as the water just drips right through the fabric. We live in central Florida so the sun is intense. I'd say the fabric started failing at 3 years. Now the fabric replacements are all unavailable in every color though customer service tells me they should be back in stock in 1-2 months. This is a warning as I don't know if that is true and I've sent out a request to have a replacement made locally to at least 10 different canvas/awning/upholstery shops and the cheapest quote we've gotten is $600. Yes, $600! I can order another Pergola for less (they are still in stock)! Crazy to consider throwing away the existing structure just to replace the top and adding more to landfills but that is where we are with this. We are on the fence as to what to do and will wait a bit to see if the replacement fabric comes back into stock.”

“Not damaged, all parts were there and clearly marked. Wife and I put it together taking our time in about 5 hrs. Good quality. Could have made canopy top poles locking in the middle. Overall a good product. Great for the price. I would recommend it 5 stars”

“The shipping of this was completely screwed up and I almost cancelled this order as it was 3 weeks late, all due to Aleko shipping department issues. However it did finally arrive and we set it up in the span of an afternoon. The dimensions are deceiving. It is NOT 10X10' inside the pergola, its 8X8'.....and you don't actually see that issue until its already built. I was already mainly done building so we continued as opposed to returning it. The directions were vague to say the least in some parts but we eventually figured it out. The pergola does look nice and it does the job, albeit in my case, not without some disappointments. Overall, I would advise them to be clear about the inside dimensions of the pergola. I feel it is deceptive to say it is a 10X10'”
