“The plastic heating element is covered by a thin layer of material, so there is no padding. The plastic heating pad is undersized for the bed, covering only 2/3 of the area inside the bed. I took the plastic element out of the bed and put it under my comforter, so my dog is laying on a padded surface. The wiring is substantial and sturdy. A wider heating pad, topped with padding and you would have a winner.”

“You have to remember to unplug it to turn it off or on, but it works exactly as it was supposed to and my dog loves it now that the weather is cold again.”

“My cat absolutely loves this bed! She took to it right away and the cord is wrapped so it made me feel more safe that way. I still do not leave it plugged in if I am not home (personal preference) but my cat lives in there when it is on!”
