“Had difficulties with gate after about 4 months. Worked at times and did not other times..sometimes would take 5 minutes to open and then reverse itself by itself...sensitivity settings are difficult and there is no tool to adjust properly..even a plastic screw driver shreds the plastic..New batteries and changing solar panel direction helped but it still goes whacky once in awhile...Have no idea how to use the charger sent me..no clips to attach to battery..will work on that with local helper!!!Appreciated customer service on this and the replacement of the board was a surprise and very much appreciated.”
