“I purchased this cage for my Syrian Long Hair hamster and he absolutely loves it. It gives him enough room to run and play. If you flip the front panel upside down you will be able to add enough bedding material to make a great habitat. Yes it is wood and hamsters chew but if you create a stimulating environment your hamster will not get bored and chew through the cage. I would defiantly recommend purchasing this cage if you want to give your hamster a good life in captivity.”

“I was surprised how easily I was able to put everything together. My hamster is loving this cage so much more then the previous bin cage set up we had for him. There is so much for him and the added toys/ houses are great as well! I do love this cage. Now the down sides of this cage are, it does not come with a water bottle as advertised, and there is a premade hole where the water bottle is suppose to go. Since I didn’t have that type of what bottle, I now have a hole in the side that my hamster started chewing on because he was able to stick his nose through it. I took that extra piece of wood that’s meant for placing the food bowl on and bought some wood glue and glued it over that hole. That seemed to solve that problem. The only other down side is the bottom floor has slots through it. That’s where I’m assuming the bedding needs to go. But now with the spaces in between, the bedding and his business can fall in between. I had to put down some sticky freezer paper on the bottom and then the bedding to prevent anything from getting on or through the wood. Overall though I definitely recommend the cage.”
