“I am Carl's wife and am very impressed with the way you responded when Carl fell a couple of days ago. There was a teen age grandson in the house at the time but he did not hear the fall. He responded when he heard the voice call out from the Alert machine. Wonderful! My grandson was impressed as well. Had he not been home I am sure authorities would have been called which make me feel very comfortable in leaving him for short periods of time. Thank you for your continued help!!”
