“In times of emergencies comes a bit of panic. Recently, my daughter fell in the garage at my home. I could not find my cell phone and could only think to press the Alert Button. I am so happy to have this system in my home. An ambulance had to be dispatched and the man on the other end of my panic was calm and called for an ambulance for me. He stayed with me until the ambulance arrived. Thank you so much. Since the person injured is the person I have designated as my First Alert, she received a call on her cell phone while injured and sitting on the garage floor. The second person on the Alert 1 arrived to assist and stayed with us until the ambulance left for the hospital with my daughter. Good Job for all the help and helping me in this situation.”

“Your company and employees have always been extremely caring and on the ball. My Mom has had to use the system a few times and the response time is always amazing. It is so reassuring to me her daughter that you all are there for her. I only live 10 miles away, but the 10-15 minutes it takes me to get there can be life threatening for her. Thank you again.
