“My mom is 97. She fell and couldn't get up so she pressed the emergency button attached on her walker. She is very hard of hearing, but somehow she communicated that she needed help and they understood. While medics were being dispatched both my brother and I were notified by phone. Paramedics arrived promptly and assisted my mom to determine her physical condition. We feel the money spent on the system over the years has been well spent and provides all of us with a sense of security.”
