“Thank you! Did a good job! You called my daughter and she came right over, all went well. I would ask you if my daughter is notified and she responds, please do not then call my son, no sense waking up both of them. Please do call my son if my daughter can not be notified for some reason. He is my back up person, Jennifer is my primary person since she lives the closest and she is also a nurse. I would appreciate if you made a note of this. Thanks, Barbara Uebler”

“My Mom Fell, pressed her button and received an immediate response from Alert 1. She asked that the First Alert operator call her son. He did as my Mom requested. I did have an ambulance come once I evaluated the situation. My mom made it to the hospital. Unfortunately my Mother passed 2 days later”
