“I am Rebecca's daughter. I got the call from Alert 1 that mom needed my help. That she had burned herself. I tried to call her and couldn't get her. When I got to get house she was sitting on her porch. Her feet were blistered where she had dropped boiling water in her kitchen floor and it landed on her feet. She was stuck on the floor and couldn't get up until about 5 minutes before I for there. I am thankful for Alert 1 and their assistance. While I was there Alert 1 called to see if I had arrived and see if she needed medical attention. Thank you for your help. Kelly Sterling”

“The safety is great. Very polite staff, and the ambulance was sent right away. Also, got in touch with my daughter right away so she was able to get to me even before the ambulance got here. Thanks for being there for me.”

“My mother and I are very happy with the Alert1 service. The fall detection device is sensitive enough to detect true falls with very few false positives. When she has needed assistance, help has been prompt, kind and professional, while respecting her wishes. I feel much more secure knowing my mother has this service.”
