“Booked a trip for 2 online and paid €52 by card on 31 October. Arrived at the marina to be informed that trip was cancelled due to sea conditions. Asked for a refund, to be told that the company would have to contact the booking agent to arrange the refund. 9 days later, no refund and no response to emails. Poor service.”

I am sorry to hear about this.
Please note the first communication we had from you about this was on the 7th. The refund was completed on the 9th and we emailed you to confirm this.
Normally it would have been less than this 48hr period, and processed on the same day, however there was a small delay due to the required person being out of the office. While i don't feel 48hrs is unduly slow, we of course will to improve on this and thank you for your feedback.
