The Loumet Steady Ball is the next generation of fitness balls.
The Stediball combines world class burst resistant fitness ball with a dynamic 1kg stabilizing material. This material is unique and specially formulated to freely move in varying directions when using both in the air and on the ground.
The Steadiball combines the benefits of the fitness ball with various attributes of the balance trainers, medicine ball, and oscillating resistance training. The Steadiball will not roll away. It’s easy to store and therefore easy to stack; which makes it easy for a physiotherapist clinic, gym, and also the office.
The Stediball’s stabilizing material provides a level of safety and resistance. This is ideal for beginners as well as allowing new and more dynamic exercises for advanced users. Resistance from the stabilizing material allows beginners, rehabilitative users and the elderly to more safely perform exercises. Some of these exercises are often too difficult and unsafe to carry out on a normal fitness ball.
The stabilizing material of the ball means that is can used for dynamic exercise routines and progressions that were not possible with a normal fitness ball. When you pick up and move the Stediball, the inner material flows freely to engage core muscles and stabilizers in a challenging way.
When moving slowly, the ball helps with muscle conditioning, and when moving fast, it activates muscles.
