“Came in a very badly damaged box. The outside box that it was sent in was fine, so it hadn't been damaged in transit, but packaged in that state. When complained, was offered 10% of another order!! ..very disappointed as it was for a gift. wouldn't use again. Bought some more Tonie figures from another website.”
